Rewards and Cashout Policy

Reward Types

• Approved Reward Balance: Verified rewards that count toward the $50 cashout threshold.
• Pending Rewards: Rewards awaiting verification — do not count until approved.
• Welcome Gift ($5): Credited after email verification. Counts toward threshold. Not immediately withdrawable.

Cashout Rules

• Minimum cashout: $50 in approved rewards.
• Payouts via PayPal only at launch.
• Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval.
• Identity and fraud verification may be required before processing.
• Cashout eligibility is based solely on your approved balance — not on internal revenue targets.

Reward Rejection

Rewards may be rejected if:

• The offer requirements were not fully met
• The offer was completed outside the permitted timeframe
• Duplicate or fraudulent activity is detected
• The partner declines to approve the conversion

Reward Reversal

Approved rewards may be reversed if a partner later rejects a conversion, or if fraud is confirmed. Reversals are documented with reasons and are subject to our dispute process.
