1. About Cash Claim Club

Cash Claim Club is a browser-based, mobile-first Get-Paid-To rewards website operated by Cash Claim Club (Australia). Members access the website through their browser to complete eligible offers and surveys, earn verified cash rewards, and cash out once their approved reward balance reaches $50.

Cash Claim Club is a website, not a native mobile application. Some earning opportunities may involve downloading or interacting with third-party apps — these are partner offers, not the Cash Claim Club platform itself.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to register.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts will result in reward forfeiture and account suspension.
• You must reside in an eligible country (Australia or United States for most offers).

3. $5 Welcome Gift and $50 Minimum Cashout

New eligible members receive a $5 welcome gift after creating an account and verifying their email address. This gift is credited to your wallet as an approved reward counting toward the $50 cashout threshold.

• The $5 welcome gift is not immediately withdrawable.
• You must accumulate at least $50 in approved rewards before requesting a cashout.
• Pending rewards do not count toward the cashout threshold until approved.
• The $50 minimum cashout threshold may be adjusted by Cash Claim Club with notice.

4. Earning Rewards

Rewards are earned by completing eligible offers, surveys, and activities as described on each offer page. All offers clearly state:

• The reward amount
• Required completion steps
• Whether a purchase is required
• Whether a third-party app download is required
• Whether personal information will be shared with a partner
• The verification period

Rewards are subject to partner verification. Cash Claim Club credits the displayed reward once verification is confirmed. Rewards may be rejected if requirements are not fully met, the offer is completed outside the permitted timeframe, or fraud is detected.

5. Data and Privacy

Your profile answers are used internally to recommend relevant offers. We do not automatically share your identifiable information with partners. When an offer requires sharing personal information with a third party, you will be clearly told what is shared and must provide separate specific consent before submission. 6. Cashouts and Payouts

Once your approved reward balance reaches $50, you may request a payout via PayPal. Payouts are processed within 3–5 business days after approval. Cash Claim Club may conduct fraud and identity verification before processing a payout. Your cashout eligibility is determined solely by your approved reward balance and the published threshold — not by any internal revenue or profit target.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts
• Self-referrals or referring fake accounts
• Using VPN or proxy to access restricted offers
• Providing false information to qualify for rewards
• Automated account creation or activity
• Any form of fraud or manipulation

8. Disclaimer

Cash Claim Club does not position itself as employment, wages, guaranteed income, or a get-rich-quick scheme. Earning opportunities represent supplementary rewards only. Results vary. Offer availability, eligibility, and reward amounts are subject to change.
